1. This booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified.

       Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

​​    2. In the event that a guest can cancel a reservation or stay in the following cases

    2.1 Guests is suddenly sick hat makes it impossible to come and stay.

    2.2 A close family member as died.

    2.3 The flight was canceled.

    2.4 Announcement from the government or by various provinces about the tourists are prohibited                 from entering the province of the accommodation or if they are to quarantine according to the               measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus or 14 days.

    2.5 There has been a force majeure such as an accident or disaster that makes it impossible to travel             to the hotel.
